Elsie and I retired on the 11th January 2002 and decided to take up skiing! Who would have thought it? Well we did. We became determined to Spend the Kids Inheritance SKI) and became prolific tourists. We enjoyed two Round the World trips followed by 27 cruises taking in Alaska, much of Central and South America (including the Panama Canal), The Caribbean Islands, The Mediterranean, The Nile, The Yangtzi and inner China (Panda reservation, Terracotta Warriors and Great Wall). Additionally, we toured Vietnam, Cambodia, Canada, Italy, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia Herzegovena, Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Tahiti, Hawaii and less exotic spots such as Cyprus, Tenerife and Isle of Wight.
